Ganoderma Coffee Shipping and Returns

At Ganoderma Coffee, we believe great service should be as smooth as our blends. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, how to return, and how we support our customers — from Dallas to APO/FPO addresses around the world.
📦 Shipping Information
We ship all orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. You can estimate shipping costs by adding items to your cart and using the shipping calculator at checkout.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–3 business days. International delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
🌍 APO/FPO Shipping
We proudly support our military customers and ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. While we can provide order status updates, tracking may be limited once the package reaches the U.S. Military postal system.
Tips for APO/FPO Addresses:
- Use the service member’s full name and rank
- City: “APO” or “FPO”
- State: “AA”, “AE”, or “AP”
- Country: “United States”
- Include the full 9-digit ZIP code if available
🚚 Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. If a refund is requested instead, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your coffee. If you’re not satisfied, you may return unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be in original, sealed packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon inspection
