It makes me feel energized and ready to start my day. It seems to have given my immune system a boost because I am happy to say that I am never sick and feel wonderful. At 66 I don't look or feel my age and I denfintely believe that using Ganoderma coffee as part of my healthy eating and nutrition program has played a large part.
