Verified CustomerI love the 4/1 It is much better than regular coffee. The taste is much better and the after taste is better. I can drink it hot then if I don't finish it I add ice and drink it cold. My daily mug is 22oz so I use two packets each day.

I have had chronic fatigue for over 20 years and drinking regular coffee to give me a boost would eventually exhaust my adrenal system by the end of the day. But having tried Ganoderma Coffee I was really pleased with the results. The coffee is delicious, gives me a balanced energy and I don't feel fatigued at the end of the day or the next day.
