Verified CustomerI love this product and believe it has been an instrumental part in my weight loss and maintained weight status.
The only issue/complaint I have with this product is the quality of the seal on the individual bags.
On at least one bag per box the seal separates and the contents fall out in my cup resulting in an unpleasant surprise (when I get a mouth full of the loose tea leaves and other content from the bag.) As a result I have resorted to sweetening and stirring the hot water before I drop in the tea bag (so I don't add any additional stress/impact to the bag seals)
